Return Policy

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it in. This means the item should be unworn, with its tag, and in its original packaging. There should be no signs of ware or damage of the item.

EXCEPTIONS

Sadly, we do don’t accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To begin a return, you need to first contact us at shopsympaclothing@gmail.com. If your return meets the above requirements, Sympa will send you a return shipping label and further instructions on where to send your package. Refunds will only be returned to the original payment method used to purchase the item. We will notify you when your refund has been approved and again once when we have refunded you to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, customers will pay for the shipping cost to return the item to our store and we will cover the shipping costs to send you the corrected new item.
